Following the design of Beth’s logo, I moved on to the website. To keep initial costs reasonable and make sure she would have the option to take over updating in the future, I went with WordPress. I cherry picked 5 wordpress templates for her to choose from, once she had chosen the infrastructure and I had edited the source code to fine tune it for our needs, I implemented the identity we had created with the Logo and proceeded to upload all her content and photos. At the same time I initiated a social media presence and gave Beth access so she could contribute posts as and when requred, linking between the website, Facebook and Twitter to increase footfall. I also looked after SEO, hosting and continue to update and amend the site on request.
